High Season June 1 - Oct 15 $165/night or $1075/week*
Low Season April 1 - May 31 $140/night or $900/week*

Reservations: 50% deposit upon initial reservation, balance due 30 days before check in.
Check In/Check Out: Check In is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Check Out is 11 a.m.
Cancellations: within 30 days of the reservation are subject to a charge of 50% of room rate.
Cancellations: within 7 days of the reservation are subject to a charge of 100% of room rate
Cleaning: Please treat our home as if it was your own, and leave it in the condition you found it.

*Based on double occupancy, add $25/night per extra person to a max of 4
*Adults only, non-smoking, sorry no pets
*excluding Ironman Week
*minimum 4 night stay or 3 nights + $75 cleaning fee
